Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • Returns: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Condition: Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Process: To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and photos of the product.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed through bank transfer or replacement product (whichever you prefer).

  • Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
